The students assembled the frames of their sail cars in the morning and the glue had dried completely by the afternoon.
The students finished building their sail cars, adding wheels and considering what shape sails would be most effective. By experimenting with sail shapes and the positioning of their straws, the students were able to see what effect force (blowing through straws) had on the motion of their cars.
