Summer School Week 2 – Day 1

Summer School Week 2 – Day 1

Summer School Week 2

Summer School Week 2 – Day 1

Week 2 of Summer School got off to a fantastic start, with students eagerly taking on new creative challenges and showing wonderful enthusiasm throughout the day.

In the morning, students explored 3D Shapes using wire and air-dry clay. They worked hard to transform their ideas into three-dimensional creations, carefully bending the wire and shaping the clay to make their designs stand up. There were plenty of moments of trial and error, but students showed great perseverance as they adjusted, improved, and brought their ideas to life.

In the afternoon, students began working on Papier Mâché projects. This hands-on activity was definitely messy, with glue-covered hands and lots of laughter filling the classroom! Although it was sometimes challenging, everyone stayed focused and worked hard, carefully layering paper and glue as their creations gradually took shape. Their excitement and determination made the activity both fun and rewarding.

It was a wonderful start to Week 2, and we are excited to see how these creative projects continue to develop over the coming days.
